Topic: Complete list of latency figures for the ADI-8 lineup original to now

Hey, I need specific info:

AD and DA conversion latency for the complete list of products ADI made that where strictly 1U adat converter boxes, no pre-amps or half racks.

There's

ADI-8 MK 1, Mk 2, Mk3
ADI-8 Pro (Mk1 era)
ADI-8 QS
ADI-8 DS

I need to know what the speed difference is from say the original ADI-8 Pro and the most recent (newest) QS or MK3 variant, and also throw in the MK2 etc. for good measure so we can all know eactly what we get. If my price is 10x lower I may be able to live with 1ms longer latency as I can also live with 44.1khz as opposed to higher Q, long story why, anywho I still need as low latency as possible within a pretty strict budget and want to expand my IO count, and since we're already dealing with RME quality I'm not that concerned with buying 10 year old RME gear, I just want some hard numbers to kinda know what I'm getting and what to look for in the market smile

Cheers and Happy New Year to my fellow RME fans smile

Re: Complete list of latency figures for the ADI-8 lineup original to now

Its documented in the manual under "monitoring and latency".

The manuals for older products you find on the archive website:
https://archiv.rme-audio.de/

Please note that the latency decreases at higher sample rates.
So always compare the latency values of the same sample rate.
