Topic: MADI FX - Reverb and delay not working

Have just purchased second hand HDSPe MADI FX. It was a spare card in big studio and is barely used. I haven't bothered testing it when came there personally to pick it, because I can't imagine that something can be wront with PCIe card, especially made by RME, but...when I finally installed it, it turned out that EQ and Dynamics work like they should but Reverb and Delay not showing signs of life. To describe it shortly:

1. Sends are fully up
2. FX section shows levels on [FX IN] bars.
3. Reverb and Delay are engaged (orange circles around buttons are there).
4. FX CPU meter shows some load.
5. [FX OUT] bars show no output, nothing.
6. So when I engage returns - no FX.

System info:
OS: Windows 7
RAM: 16 GB
MB: Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7
CPU: Intel Skylake i7
Network adapters: integrated (disabled in BIOS)
Graphics card: integrated Intel HD
Firmware version: 91
FX DSP firmware version: 26
Driver version: 2.14

Help-Device info shows following:
SW Version: 26
Active nodes: 6 of 4096
Error Number: 0
Diagnostic Results: 18, 0

Could somebody from RME please try to explain this and advice?  Thanks.

Re: MADI FX - Reverb and delay not working

Which firmware version is stated on the About page of the card's Settings dialog?

Does Echo/Reverb work when you perform a warm boot (restart without switching the computer off)?

Re: MADI FX - Reverb and delay not working

Settings->About shows only driver version: 2.14
Settings->Global shows: Revision=91

Also - corrected typo in previous post:
Totalmix Help->Device info: SW Version: 26 (DSP version, I assume).

Reverb started to work occasionally after several boots with powering off, but signal contained glitches and clicks.
During the first test - soft boots didn't have any effect.

Yes, I have seen this thread. So diagnosis - RAM/DSP failure?
