Topic: Total Mix is here but won't open (Fireface UC, Mac Os 10.10.5)

Hello I recently bought a Fireface UC (new). The Hardware works, I've got sound BUT I can't open Total Mix. It's in my Finder, in application (weight 23,5 Mo), but when I click on it to open, nothing happens.

I install and reinstall it with the USB Driver V2.22, I also try with AND without the update of the RME Usb Series Flash Tool, but again it doesn't work.

I'm on Mac Book Pro of 2015 and my IOS is 10.10.5 and I use Pro Tools 10. (if that matters)

Can someone please help me ?

The UC is in Windows mode (PC). Change that to Apple mode (AP) by a double-click on the encoder with no USB connected.

Thanks for your answer, but it still doens't work. It was on AP mode. But i still dit it , I switched from AP to PC then again to AP, but Total Mix won't still open.

He's on my dashboard, "jumping", but won't open.
