What do you mean with 'segmented' meters? Show a screenshot so we know.
Sure. So the first screen cap, the meters are smooth, not blocky/segmented. https://ibb.co/n722rzk
my meters are blocky, not all smooth and continuous:
The first screenshot shows different meters. In the Vector Scope and Analyser the level meter is segmented. To get a different look disable the optional level meters, open another window and put the 2 or 4 bar level meter beside it. You can save this as workspace, so easily call up this dual window configuration any time.
AH. OK, cool. I have the 4-Bar meter going and it matches the first screen cap now.
I thought perhaps there was a global option to have "smooth" meters on all of the various displays I was missing.
I've been trying to achieve what nate is on about too, just for the global level meter. But I ain't having much success. Digicheck NG looks like it has the 'non-segmented' appearance, if you follow me, but I'm a windows user.
Off -topic; I was going through the 'settings' dialog, and thought the 'correlation' option might be the way to sort it, but my setting box doesn't display such a feature. I'm probably in the wrong dialog box or something..
The Global Level Meter is not segmented.
