Looking at grabbing a second-hand UCX for about $900USD that looks to be in good condition. Heard nothing but great things about RME products but wanted to ask if anyone had any experience working on an older Macbook Air? Can my old-ish laptop handle doing 8-ins for a session with a UCX? OR should I just buy a whole new laptop and get a new Apollo 8x lol ... I'm not made of money tho and want to stretch the lifespan of my laptop! I use Ableton Live 9.0 btw! Any tips or reccos from the RME community would be greatly appreciated! Thankx.
