Is there a way to set up the RME ADI 2 pro fs r in order to have the Digicheck working?

See manual chapter 23, DIGICHECK requires the installation of RME ASIO drivers.

Hello, I have the RME ADI-2 PRO FS R BE.
I did the steps indicated in the installation manual, Digicheck does not work, in the Digicheck window it says "Opening audio device:Error number 4" "No device running".

Next query, is there no TotalMix in this product? It is another application that does not appear to me in Windows.

SO: Windows 10 Pro 64Bits 1909
RME Driver: 09723

I assume you forgot to set set the proper input device in DIGICheck (Options -> Input Device Setup or simply F3).

To your other question (has been asked already several times in the forum): this device has not been designed to be a recording interface with TM FX. There is simply not enough CPU power left:
- see the different use cases of this device in the manual chapter 1 and 4
- see also the remarks of the developers in chapter 8.8

If you check manual and product page on the web, nobody claims, that TotalMix FX is included.
And if you open the product overview, then the ADI-2 Pro / DAC is listed under "converters", not "interfaces".
preamps and converters are no recording interfaces.

If you need a recording interface with routing capabilties its easy to combine ADI-2 Pro/DAC with them, for this purpose / use case I wrote these two blog articles:

If you do not require many different I/O the combination of Digiface USB (only €349) and ADI-2 Pro brings you TotalMix FX for your setup. Otherwise look for BBF Pro FS, UC, UCX up to UFX II, UFX+ (depends on the budget and the feature set / number of channels that you require).

Could you please tell me how to read the meters in the Digicheck playback, without using external cable, since the product does not have TotalMix, thanks for your help.
