Topic: ADI8-QS available ?

The ADI8-QS is not anymore in the sortiment of Thomann. Is it out of production ? Just wondering

Its still a very nice ADDA converter but from 2007.
More modern products support MADI and AVB (M-1610 Pro, M32 Pro AD, M32 Pro DA),
offer more ports and give you the flexibility to change the Ref Level settings per port.

I guess we both are older than this converter.
I was interested to see what the actual sales price is.
Because I have one for sale. I have to get rid of unused gear as long as it can be sold.

Inital price when it came out €2600: https://www.professional-audio.de/test- … -adi-8-qs/ But thats not "street price" and not of today.

UFX+ costed €2699 at the beginning, street price is now €2198 (€501 less = 18,6% less).

Prices for used RME gear in good condition are IMHO between 70-75+% of street price depending on age / warranty.

The ADI-8 DS MKIII is also no longer available at Thomann...

Just bought a used ADI-8 QS for a very good price. Im happy with it.
