Topic: M-32 DA as ADAT to MADI converter - possible?

This is in regards to the older blueface M-32 DA converter. I've read through the manual and it's not entirely clear to me if the ADAT inputs and the MADI I/O can be used simultaneously in some way. Is the MADI circuit completely disabled when using the ADAT as input source? Anyone know?

AFAIR the key ADAT SYNC determines the signal source of the DA-converters. One or the other - not both.
