Topic: Virtual Loopbacks

Is there any reason RME couldn't add more, purely virtual, loopbacks to Totalmix? I'm trying to think of something that would prevent it from working.

Virtual Loopback ? What do you mean ?
I have only Loopbacks on hardware output channels, those are existing available channels offered from the interface.
Do you mean the playback channels ?
What software do you use ?
Are you working with advanced surround systems, atmos or so ?

I would love to have loopbacks, just like we have now, but without giving up physical hardware channels.
