Topic: adi-2 dac.fs.power.red.bottom.flash and not.working

hi,
i have a adi.2 dac.that.is out.of.warranty and.rescently.i.found.it.not.working:

symptom:

when i plug.with  power.on., the adi2 dac red.light around.the power.button flashes and keeping flashing like every 1 second.
and it  can not.be.power.on by.either using the remote.control power on botton.or using hands to press on.the power botton to switch on.

ways i try to solve this problem:
1. change another power supplier of same model adi-2 dac fs: problem maintains.
2. use the oringal power supply to plug to another model adi-2 dac fs, it works.

so i can assure that the power cord is ok.
and 100% sure that the unit on my hand is dead and want to check where can i have it repaired. with money. but trustful guy..

Unclear description. Can you power it on or not? If not try a different power supply. If booted flash the unit to the latest firmware. Your old power supply might work then again.

hi, i can NOT power it on. the red ring (light) flashes and keep like the same when i press on the button.

and i can not see the first page of the screen like and the botton light nevery turn white.

but before this month, all goes on well .

can i booted it without the power on function? something like bios mode?

Then the unit is broken and needs service. Please send it in. Contact your local distributor.
