Topic: there is no power or light on my Babyface pro after flash update

Two days ago I bought a babyface pro. I connected to my PC and installed 1212 version driver which released on  2021-3-17 and also installed totalmix too. Everything seemed ok on my PC's device manager but there was no sound from any output. Then I installed the flash update which was released on 2021-3-17 on your website. But it said "power off the interface" and the result is no power or no light on my device. I connected the device on other 3 computers and  no computers perceived my device. What can I do?

Do you have a external power supply ? I would use one and try again.
Reflashing a few times until it says ok.

Yes. I tried it with external power supply. Same result sad

The flash tool does not work anymore then ?

Try on more different computers. Have you tested with a Mac ?
With original USB cable directly into the computer without any adapters or hub.
