Hello when I press the OUT button, the led light all lights up

then it goes off and restart ( i guess...)

That is called LED test and requires the IN and OUT button to be pressed.

2. By itself? You wrote you press the Out button, so maybe the In button is pressed all the time (mechanically blocked)? Does that button work at all?

I was going to open it by myself yesterday, however i can not removed the pcba after I remove the back. Any one can help?
Simple trick: use two credit cards slided under the big knob left and right. This way it is easy to lift the knob off. Then the PCB will be free as well.

hello, i have removed the button from the front control interface
however the signal seems to be kept sending
and once i press the button the will cause it turn to the led testing mode

I try to refresh the firmware it is still no working
the funny is I take the babyface pro to the technician who use PC is working fine
and it is not working when i use my iMac, also Mac book Air
Mac o.s version: catalina 0.15.7（19H524）
cpu: 3.4ghz intek core i5
daw: logic pro 10.5.1
i am not sure

It was not necessary to open another thread. The unit obviously has an electrical problem and you need a technician to figure this out - or send it in for service. This is NOT a firmware or Mac/Windows problem.
