Topic: Remote commands

As ADI 2 DAC and pro fs r share the same remotecontrol i was expecting they were sharing the same remote commands. In anticipation of my newly ordered Adi pro r (not delivered yet) I reprogrammed my Harmony remote but the ADi 2 is not reacting to any commands issued with the harmony.

Did you manage to get the ADI-2 Pro FS R working with Harmony? I'm in the exact same position right now, with an unopened unit, and wanted to confirm before I open it.

I think it should be as simple as adding an unrecognised device and getting the Harmony Hub to learn the Pro FS R IR commands.

My good old Harmony 900 works perfectly with my ADI-2 PRO FS R BE.
You just have to select the correct RME device in the Harmony software.
There is an ADI-2 PRO FS R and an ADI-2 DAC.

Check the device compatibility with your Harmony remote:

There are two different devices for RME available, enter:

MANUFACTURER: RME
MODEL NUMBER OR PRODUCT NAME: ADI 2

And you will have the choice of two different RME devices.
