Topic: Startup Problems

My RME ADI-2 Dac has been performing quite well for several months, but has not been used during the past few weeks. Today, I powered it up, got the white light in the power button, but there is nothing on the screen. The unit appears quite mute and dead.

I would be grateful if someone could please help me trouble shoot and fix the problem.

I should add that the volume button is also quite dead. No light when I press it.

Check the power supply. Else send it in, you have warranty...

Thank you. I called RME today and they were fantastic. Looks like it is a hardware issue, but they were terrific in the way they handled it.
