Topic: How futureproof UFX+ in 2021

Hi, this is my first post!
Sorry if i am in wrong corner of the forum!

Seriously considering to join RME family due to mission critical recording sessions, really interested to hear your opinions, is it worth waiting until next year to see if there will be any updates on UFX+ Or be calm and buy it right now?
I am sure with reputation of RME support, ufx+ will be supported at least an extra decade for sure, but its has been almost 5 years (please correct me if i am wrong) since its announcement, i am wondering if any updates are planned like UFX+FS?

Would appreciate for your opinion, recommendations!

As a regular reader of this forum I can tell you that nobody can or will tell.
RME does not pre-annouce anything. If smth is ready/there then you will read it.
The usual procedure for most if not all companies...
