Since I assume the transport will be by airplane anyway, I would also check the price of shipping the unit directly to Germany, where RME is based. If the price difference is not too big, I would prefer to send to RME directly.

Regarding online translation services, a little recommendation: the translation quality of DeepL.com (https://www.deepl.com) is almost always better compared to the Google translation.
But even here it is recommended to check the translation yourself because not every term or sentence is translated correctly. The more often you use the free translation service of deepl.com or type around in the window a lot, the faster you will be temporarily blocked.
Therefore, it is recommended to prepare the text somewhere else and only enter the final version into Deepl.com and rework it if necessary.

Ask whether this is a known problem where it is clear how to fix it, even if it should not occur when the device is in service.

Some more information could be useful.

Since when do you have the issues?
How often do they show up?
Is it happening shortly after power-on or after some hours of operation, or randomly?
Does the issue appear more regularly over time since issues started?
How long is the time frame approximately where the device has no issues? xx Days, Weeks, Months?
How long do you have the issue then, and what fixes it? One or more power cycles?

Could the issue be heat related? What is your room temperature? Is the device mounted in a rack? Cooling? Does the device have at least 2 cm distance to other devices so that heat does not pile up between devices?

I think this will give RME support needed details. Maybe it's display or power supply related, might be both, hope they can tell you what's most likely the issue.

Idea / recommendation: as costs and efforts are quite high, to send your UFX to a different country then I would think about replacing the power supply even if this is not the root cause for the display issues.

This is most likely the next candidate for potential issues. Having to send it again for service would surely not be cost-efficient anymore. So let it become fixed proactively while the device is opened for repair, this saves at the end time and costs.
By this, you may have peace of mind for the next decade…

The old one they can send you as replacement part if it appears to be in working condition. Even if not, possibly a local repair shop can fix it at affordable cost.

Any potentially needed replacement of PSU in the future can surely be done by a local electronic repair shop.

Recently, when you first turn it on, there is a terrible crack, turned it off, turned it on, everything works. I disassembled the device, there were two electrolytic capacitors on the power supply, swollen, changed, the cod disappeared. I hoped that the problem with the white screen would disappear, but alas
