Topic: UFX II & Mac Studio: Flash Tool problems

Hi I'm installing the Fireface UFX II with a Mac Studio (Monterey 12.6) but I have a problem with the firmware update.

After installing the latest driver available, when I launch the "RME USB SERIES FLASH TOOL" software, it tells me that Apple cannot check for Malware and to contact the developer to update the software.

Thank you.

That is normal.
Click the "ignore" button and proceed. May be it's Allow or Confirm instead of ignore, but there should be an option to skip this and allow the RME file for use.

Hello Waedi and thank you.

There is no "IGNORE" but only "OK" or "SHOW IN THE FINDER"

I also tried to record an audio track (in Logic x) and the final result is a file with many noises (as if playing virtual instruments with low buffer size). Is it the fault of the outdated firmware?
