Topic: fireface ucx host light turning on and my sound is stopped

i m using ucx for more than 5 years and it was working perfect but nowadays every hours host light turning on and my sound is stopping and after few seconds sound comes back . could you help me?
i installed driver again but did not work.
my windows is 10 ultimate.

first thing comes to my mind is power supply. Is it getting hot ? Is it 5 years old all the time in use ?
Try a new one could be worth to try...?

Then the USB connection is to check, another cable another Usb port, directly into the computer without hubs.
