Topic: Babyface II Pro_DC Coupled Output

Hi all,

I am fairly new to this topic...somehow (after long time googleling) I managed to turn DC Coupled on but I don`t know how I did it and how to turn it off again as I like to hear some music on my headphones and I don`t want to break them with the dc-signal, that comes out of the headphone jack.

Can anyone help me?

How do I turn it on and how do I turn it off?

Thanks....Dennis :-)

Re: Babyface II Pro_DC Coupled Output

There is no DC on or off switch. The analog outputs are always DC coupled. And why should there be coming DC out of the headphone output? Unless you send so intentionally with special CV/Gate software there will be none.

If for whatever reason you need a DC filter for these outputs simply enable the Low Cut in the TM FX EQ section. It works even in its lowest settings (20 Hz, 6 dB/oct), which does not influence the normal audio range.

Re: Babyface II Pro_DC Coupled Output

Thanks for the quick answer!

Okay...well, now theres always a clicking noise in my headphones when I connect them to the headphone jack.
It wasn`t always there. And I`d like to use the output sometimes to listen to music. But therefore I`ll try to filter the signal.

That noise might be no more than 3 mV (millivolt). Simply forget it.
