Topic: Why isn't my Fireface UCX II connecting?

Hi, I've been setting up my Fireface UCX II, and I noticed that, despite plugging my interface into my computer via USB and installing the latest drivers from the RME website, the TotalMix FX menu has failed to appear. So I was curious if there might be something wrong I was doing that could cause my interface to not connect to my computer, or if this might be some other kind of issue.

I'm using a Windows 11 computer; any help is greatly appreciated!

Recently there was a case where the computer just need a cold reboot after driver installation.
Cold reboot is unplug the computer from power for a few moments and then power on.

Does the UCX II appear in Windows device manager?
