Topic: EQ curve beyond the display will cause sound quality problem?

Should the EQ curve within the display?

For example, consider the following PEQ settings.

-11.5 dB  37 Hz  Q8.2 (band)
-2.5 dB  85 Hz Q0.9 (bass shelf)

The EQ curve is cut at the bottom edge of the EQ display. Will it cause sound quality problem?
