Managing the access control entries in macOS is tedious, even though there are some great reads (like this one) and tips on how to remove specific entries:
sudo tccutil reset All com.rme-audio.connector
I ended up going into recovery to wipe the entire thing. Also I deleted Connector and rebooted. After downloading Connector Beta 7 (Apple Silicon) once again, installing it lead to the correct prompt:

After I pressed Allow, Connector could NOT see the devices on the network... until I quit and restarted Connector. Then, it works without problem. I agree with most people out there that Apple should make tcc management a bit more transparent and understandable.
Let me know if this helps to solve your issue; it might not even be necessary to use the beta version (although it certainly won't cause problems, either).

Edit: the reason why I intentionally wanted any "RME Connector" entries REMOVED from the Local Network access list in system settings is: when I right-clicked the entry to "show in Finder", it lead me nowhere (not to a specific installed program) and the manual removal described above with the sudo command showed "not found". If your tcc-database is healthy, it may be sufficient to just ensure 'allow' is active on the corresponding entry. However it seems that there is a bug in macOS 15.4.1 that scans the system for similar applications and re-uses their access permission (even if the bundle id is different), so I wanted the entire database cleaned up.
