Topic: [Help] [Arch] Babyface Pro FS no Sound

Hey there!

After a few days of fiddling around I’ve come to no conclusions. Therefore I am writing here in the hopes of getting some help.
Thanks in advance.


My Babyface is in CC-Mode.
Copy-Mode is active and all three LEDs on the right side of the device are active.

I've routed Firefox to each and every output the Babyface shows through QJackCtl.
That’s from „playback_AUX0“ all the way to „playback_AUX11“.

However: I see the meters moving on my device but can’t seem to actually get sound trough the 3.5mm or 6.3mm headphone-out?

It’s just… silence?

What am I doing wrong?

The meters on my Babyface show up, and are moving as i play content.
No sound on my headphones though.

Did you try rotate the wheel knob ?

    Use OUT to select the output for the monitoring, i.e. where the signal will be routed to
 Use IN to select the input with the signal that should be monitored
 Push MIX. The input level LEDs start to flash
 Use SELECT to choose between left, right or both channels
 Turn the encoder to set the actual monitoring level

M1-Tahoe, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue
