Hi, my m1610pro got stuck during firmware update and no longer boots properly. How do I perform
a factory reset?

Did you not receive my email?

Try holding the encoder during power-up to load alternative firmware, then install the last 2.x firmware version:

Verify that the unit works and try installing 3.06 again.

edit: I did find the email now by searching you last name smile For some reason my email-app did not show that. I will try tmrw
