hey id like to change the "multichannel mode" in the madiface series settings to be 1-6 channels instead of 1-8. to play back 5.1 content correctly in my system.

using the 7.1 and routing trough the total mix is a bit hacky since the channels dont match with what im using in my daw and then the digicheck meters dont work and I have to be rerouting things back and forth as I have actual hardware plugged into the 7-8 outputs, not speakers.

On the old generation ufx(1) I was able to enable 5.1 natively by enabling only the first 3 WDM devices. and thus all the digicheck metering and routing and stuff worked perfectly across my daw and my windows sound output.
