Topic: Digiface Dante clocking

Hi!
I just bought a DFDante and today is the first setup day.
All working as expected, except I am getting some clicking in record / playback.
Mac M2 OSX14.7.1 ProTools 25.10.0
RME Dante to LYNX Aurora16(DANTE LSLOT) REDNET1 & Trinnov Nova (monitoring)
Dante controller seems happy, Lynx is the leader, the rest are following.
Am I missing a step?

The only strange thing that happened apart from this is that the Mac didn't sign an ip address to the digiface until I plugged & unplugged it, then it came up as self assigned (as in the screenshot) and the DanteController could see it as expected.

As I said, day one, so any help would be much appreciated, thankyou.

Please try to play something directly to headphones output of DF Dante from the PC, with no Network connected.
Do you have the clicks then as well? It could also be a USB problem.

Yes, so after testing, I saw that it was only the lynx that was clicking.
Changing the leader to the trinnov, and clocking the lynx from that solves the issue.
So I'm happy right now, but I do wonder why it was not working!
