Topic: FW Update 12 Mic failed

Hello,
the 12 Mic can not boot,
power on with pressing the left button causes a short red and blue light on the 3rd and 4th led (Ch 9/10)
but the 12 Mic hangs during booting.
is it possible to reset it?
I did not find anything in the manual.

Did you try to reflash the firmware ?

M1-Tahoe, Madiface Pro, Digiface USB, Babyface silver and blue

It is not possible to reflash the firmware if the device is not booting.

@joesill it is not possible to reset the device if it does not appear as a USB device in Windows/macOS when plugging it in and has to be sent in for repair.
