Topic: Rme Adi-2 dac fs "power failed"

Hi! I made the mistake of plugging a 24V power supply into my RME ADI-2 DAC. That, of course, caused the “Power Fail — Analog I/Os Disabled” message.

I contacted Synthax to see if there was a possible solution, but unfortunately there wasn’t, so I mailed the unit in for service about seven weeks ago. I’m still waiting for an update on the repair.

Has anyone here had this issue before? I’m also wondering if anyone from the RME team in Germany might be able to provide an update on the status of the repair. That would be greatly appreciated!

And this is in which country ? USA ?
