Topic: Does RME Support Exist?

I've been having continuous problems with my RME ADI-2 DAC FS. I've tried contacting their US support, Synthax Incorporated, through RME's contact support page. I can't get any response.

Has anyone else been able to get a hold of support?

Yes, from rme-usa.com, I clicked "Support," which got me to this page:

From there, I clicked "Please click on the Contact page..." and then I filled out this form:
