Topic: RayDat mixer - strange activity and lock/ no lock blinking

Here is what I see in my HDSP mixer ONLY when I connect the keyboard to MIDI IN 1 port in RayDat.

and here are my DSP Settings:

The same moment ADAT 3 lock/no lock blinking and this strange activity dissapears, when I point the SPDIF Out/ADAT4 marker on. The only connection FROM RayDat is SPDiF OUT and two MIDI INs, so no ADAT connectivity at all.

Any ideas what is the reason of this behaviour?

Your RayDAT is on which firmware version? Latest one is 12.

Hello,

we are unable to reproduce the issue.

Are you using the card with or without the expansion board?
Could you try another PCIe slot? Are the levels visible in Digicheck also (ASIO Input)?
Do the ADAT I/Os work with incoming ADAT signals? Can you record input signals?

Hi,

This card works with included expansion (MIDI connection"on board") but without any other expansion boards.
There are no incoming ADAT signals - actually no ADAT ports are used.
What do you mean "levels visible in Digicheck" ?
