Topic: Not getting enough signal

Hi there,

I am using Fireface400 and a Pair of DPA 4003 omni directional Mics. The mics come with a high voltage box (preamp) which I am connecting it with line input 3 & 4. I am however not getting enough signals and don't know how to control the gain in the software. Please help!

PS. I am using mic input 1, 2 for another pair of mics. Do I need an external mixing board?

If you are using the HMA5000, it only provides up to 30 dB gain. If the gain of inputs 3/4 (in the settings dialog) is not sufficient, connect to 1/2.
