Topic: Guitar re-amping & dual sample rates

I have a multitude of Samp VIP's recorded at 44.1K & am wanting to "re-amp" dry guitar tracks (D.I'd into the projects) that are 44.1K back into a Fractal Axe FX, which sees only either an analog signal or digital at 48K.

Re-amping the analog signal is easy, of course, but what is the best way of getting the digital guitar signal (of 44.1K) back into the Axe (at 48K)?
The Axe uses only SPDIF, not Toslink/ADAT.

I have a Fireface UFX.

Thanks,
Bob.

Re: Guitar re-amping & dual sample rates

You would need to convert all your tracks to 48 or use an external hardware sample rate converter... Better to go analog.... cool

Re: Guitar re-amping & dual sample rates

Thanks mate - I suspected that might be the best choice......
I am NOT converting all those songs to 48K & then back again for CD!!
