All I can do is tell what I do with my Babyface. I take the balanced outputs (AN1 & AN2) and hook to my old NAD amp (the best amp for the price over 30 years old just needed some electronic cleaning stuff - ready for CD back then) in the AUX inputs or the Tape Play Inputs.

That's it although it is balanced cord to an unbalanced RCA phono adaptor because hi-fi amps are not balanced inputs but  phono  hi-fi inputs~!

It works and sounds great still to this day!
