Topic: Babyface Driver installation Mac OS 10.6

I'm unable to successfully install the driver for babyface. The babyface interface is plug into the computer.

Computer:
iMac 24" 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Mac OS 10.6 4GB 800MHz DDR2  SDRAM

Steps taken:
1. Installed Fireface USB
2. Launched the Fireface USB Flash
3. Error message: No fireface driver or device installed.

What do I do?

Does the unit light up any LEDs when it's plugged in? Do you use a USB hub or connect direct to the Mac? Did you try a different USB cable yet?

Yes the unit lights up. I don't have a hub. It's connected directly to the computer

Please launch System Profiler (Applications/Utilities) and check to see if the Babyface is listed under USB devices. The Babyface must be plugged in to USB to show up here.

Yes, it should be listed here. Please try a different USB cable, and check a different computer if possible. If neither is successful, this Babyface may require service.
