Topic: Fireface UCX Kind of outputs and inputs

Excuse me for the banality of my question, but Y am really a beginner, Y come from a Digidesign MiniBox 2: what is the kind of the single outputs and inputs, stereo or mono ? And if mono why use TRS jacks and not TR, and if they are stereo may Y use two plugs mono (one for right one for left) also if in this way Y will halve the number of channels? Thanks niky

The jacks are mono TRS, which allow you to use balanced cabling.
