Topic: No sound after installing AIO.

Please help!  I bought a used HDSPe AIO and I'm trying to use if for digital I/O with my UA 2192 via AES.
I'm using LOGIC 8 Pro and the input meters are bouncing around like they are receiving signal but I'm getting no output....any suggestions?  Thanks.

Edit:  I'm just using one breakout cable.  The one with just an aes I/O and RCA I/O
