Topic: AO4S-192 & XLR Breakoutcable / HDSP AIO,9632 / best choice for cable

Hi,

I bought the  AO4S-192 and the XLR breakout cable and I want to connect my Speakers (KRK 8) (XLR) with the Audio Interface (HDSP 9632).
What is the better choice (because I have both options)? The  AO4S-192 provides jack and the breakoutcable XLR.

For best quality and less hum, do I use XLR - XLR (via Breakoutcable) or Jack - XLR (via  AO4S-192) or is it indifferent?

mika, I think the difference would not be measurable - providing that you use a balanced jack (TRS) and the proper cabling, it shouldn't matter whether you use jack or XLR.
