Topic: Feature request totalmix fx channel management - hide, rearage track o

When working on a lot of different connections eg. 1-4 analog, 1-4 adat1, 1-2 aes, 1-2 adat2 you get a lot of empty spaces in-between the channels making things messy.

Would it be possible to ad a simple preferences screen with checkboxes to hide unused tracks form the view, and be able to select the order of them in totalmixfx? Lets say a table view with up down arrows and checkboxes.

For example one analog fx processor is located at an7/8 and the second is on the digital AES, wouldn't it be great to have them side by side?
I know that you can make them smaller but they are still present in mackie control, and occupy valuable screen space.

Reply please, mackie control gets really messy when you have empty channels and you need to use different connections far from each other.

It would be great to freely map channels to controls in mackie protocol.
Please add a option screen for that.

What about two new MIDI matrix windows with MIDI channels on the left and inputs/outputs on the top or vice versa?

Well, I think your suggestion of just removing the unused channels from the whole TotalMix is not so bad.
That will make the TMFX window a little smaller also.
