i am reallya  newbie

i have purchased hdsp 9632 last year and now i forgot everything!!

( forgive me )

i would like to know:

1) how can i set the buffer size and the latency on my system ( i have cubase 6 64 bit installed)..i dont remember if i have to set them from cubase or from the rme hdsp software...in this last case...how do i do that? i only have an icon with the mixer on the left lower corner and i dont remember how i can open the "real" program of the rme hdsp 9632

2) how do i install the driver updates? what advantages do they have?
