I need to send my FF400 to Germany and i need to find out which address and if their is a contact number i can.

Why ship to Germany? What is the matter with the device?

Well the device no longer gets recognized by XP Windows 7 or OSX, i have also tried to run it on my friends PC which has the same FF in working order and it does not work there either. I have contacted Innovative Music but they were planning on charging something i could not afford. The lights appear fine when i boot with the host light staying lit. I have bought a new mother board, 3 new PCI cards firewire cable, and RAM to see if it was my computer hardware. Nothing appears on device manager.
