Topic: Problem with Sibelius 6 and FF400

Hi,

I recently got a FF400 and am having some crashes in Sibelius.

I am running latest firmware and drivers on FF400, windows XP SP3, Sibelius 6.2.0.

I am using the Modaart pianoteq plugin (the play edition v3.6.6)

Occasionally, a note hangs when I am inputting notes via midi input 1 of the FF400 and I lose midi but not audio.

The midi signal is still flashing as normal in the FF400, but Sibelius seems to lose its

If I close Sibelius and restart the FF400 everything returns to normal, but this seems to happen every half hour or so and is pretty annoying.

If I restart the FF400 without closing Sibelius, playback will induce CPU overload and occasional bluescreen with TARGET_MDL_TOO_SMALL error.

I am trying a couple of things to diagnose the problem and will report back if I solve the issue, but if anyone out there has any ideas I would appreciate the feedback.

Regards,

Dylan.
