Hi I am new to these forums and hope I’ve posted correctly
I have a Raydat  ADAT connection issue within my setup which follows-
•    PC i7 quad core processor with a gigabyte motherboard and 4gig ram running Cubase 5 Windows XP sp3
•    Raydat
•    Apogee ad/da 16x convertors

My needs are 16 channels of audio in and out, so I have set up as follows-

4x ADAT optical cable from AD to 4x ADAT I/P on Raydat set up as SMUX2 Sample rate 96k(this seems to work fine)
4x ADAT optical cable from Raydat O/P to 4x ADAT optical I/P on DA (this doesn’t work)

Hammerfall DSP settings are-

System Clock-                            Mode ADAT1
                                                Frequency 96000 Hz
Input Status/Pref. Sync Ref –         ADAT 1 Sync 48k
Clock mode-                                Auto Sync

I have tried numerous ways to get the DA to output audio but to no avail. It seems to be in sync according to the Raydat and the DA, however there are no audio indicator LEDs on the Apogee DA and no subsequent audio being fed from the D sub loom. Both Cubase and Raydats ‘Total mix’ seem to be outputting audio.
I have also continuity tested all the cable and pin outs of the looms and patch bay that I am using  and all are sound.
Could anyone tell me if this way of connecting the equipment  (Apogee and Raydat) is the correct way for my system? Or am I missing something here?
