Topic: Fireface 800 on Windows 7

Newly built desktop running windows 7, first time ever trying to install/ hookup fireface 800 (or any rme product actually).

I downloaded the drivers and firmware, and they show up in the bottom right as "mixer" and "settings", but do not respond when I  click on them. Im using cockos reaper and it does not appear, and in addition, there is nothing but the realtek drivers under sound in the device manager. Under IEEE1394 there is "OHCI compliant device".

Anythoughts on where to go from here? Thanks!
