Topic: Will Fireface UC work with my PC configuration ?

Hello,

On the Forum I have seen that the PC configuration is important with RME products
My laptop is a:  Dell Inspiron 1525   ....Intel Core TM2 Duo CPU T8100 @ 2.1GHz RAM 4Gb....Windows Vista 32

I have recently reinstalled Windows from the original disks and re applied all the Vista 32 updates
It now appears to be stable and response time is good.
I am interested in starting my Home studio activities with the RME Fireface UC and using it with this laptop.
My question is: Will  the Fireface UC function and be stable with my current Windows configuration?
Usage : We are a small Blues Group and want to start using digital recording and mixing

mine is running great with an HP Pavilion / Windows7 32bits, + CPU / RAM somehow similar to your description
also with a motherboard AZUS P5K-wifi AP-solo / Windows XP-SP3+ CPU / RAM of the like
