Is there anything that can be done with a dead HDSP laptop card? It's to the point where the laptop doesn't seem to even recognize the card.

This is the older, flat style card with the flat cable connector on it.

Is there a way to trade it in for a refurb or anything?

I'm in Toronto, Canada.
