Topic: FF400 with FW800 Expresscard (Win7-64Bit)

Hi,

I can't get my Fireface 400 to work with a Dawicontrol DC-FW800 eCard (TI Chipset). Host OS is Windows 7 Premium Home 64Bit. If I use the TI Chipset driver which was installed (either with Win7 or my old FW400 eCard , I am not sure), the FF400 works but the external harddrive doesnt work.

I had to install the unibrain 64bit pro driver to get my external Harddrive operating at full FW800 speed. But the driver for the Fireface can't be installed. Is there something I can do to get it working?

There was an older thread were problems with the FF800 expresscards (and 64Bit) are mentioned. Is there an expresscard out there where I could connect my external hard drive and the fireface?

The Firefaces are not comaptible to Unibrain drivers.
