Topic: FF UC gain issue

I purchased a Fireface UC in the last month. Unfortunatly I noted that the input gain (of XLRs inputs) are different. I put both (canal 1 and 2) at 0 dB gain (in Totalmix). I tested the same mic (TLM103), passing though Avalon preamp. The input gain of channel 2 is higher than the channel 1...  There is a significant difference. Do you have any suggestion? I'm very dissapointed... Thanks!

Can you measure the actual difference? Where does the difference show up? Have you applied gain to one of the channels in the UC's settings dialog or mixer (depending on the driver version installed)?

When nothing is connected, the converters show the same thing.
But when I plug the same mic in channel 1 and, after that, in channel 2, I have different results. Is a significant difference, almost 15db...
Do you have any idea to solve this issue... Thanks!
