Hi, I need your help diagnosing hum noise when using headphones. I have an HDSP 9632 card, latest drivers and I use the BO9632CMKH unbalance breackout cable with . Recently, I built a new DAW and started to hear a very audible hum when using my headphones. I have the noise on the headphone connector or the line output.

I realised that if I move the breakout cable at the back of the card, the noise may disappear, or comme back even louder.

So now my challenge is the determine if the breakout cable is damaged or the card itself. So before buying another BO9632CMKH breackout cable for testning I was wondering if someone may have any suggestion about the problem.
