Topic: Alone in the bios jungle

Hey guys,

in hope that some Bios-setup-specialists are reading this, the hardware for my (hopefully working) new DAW will arrive tomorrow. And i could need some advice for getting most out of it. I'll incorporate my oldschool PCI bound Multiface and an UAD-1 into these ingredients:

CPU: i7 2600k
Motherboard: Gigaybte GA P67x-UD3-B3
RAM: 8GB G.Skill F3-1066CL9D-8GBRL (9-9-9-24 timing)
GFX: Nvidia 250GTs

As far as i know it needs some Bios-tweaks to get the system up and running well with low latencies - but, but - what are these?

Mind you - i'm coming from an Intel Core2duo e6600 based system that never really did its job and for now i want to get back to the days of stability and reliability.

Any clues?
Ronny
