Topic: Strange jumper cap on my HDSPe AIO

I got a HDSPe AIO card yesterday.
But no matter how hard I tried, my PC just could not find any new device.
Believe me, I tried A LOT.
At the last moment before I gave up and packed it back to the seller, I suddenly noticed something.
There's a little blue jumper cap on my card, which does not exist in the picture on the box.
Well ... I'm not sure ... but ... anyway ... the last try ...
Then I removed the jumper cap and ... miracle happened!
Now everything is right but I'm curious.
Why there's a jumper cap on my brand new card?
And what's the function of that 2-pin jumper?

Seems somebody in the factory forgot to remove this jumper after initial programming of the card. Shouldn't be there.

So this jumper is only used for something like debugging, and users like me would never need it at all, right?
Well, I was afraid that it may affect some useful functions of the card.
The problem drove me mad yesterday. But now I realized how lucky I am.
Say, how many guys would notice such a little jumper cap on a card?
Anyway, HDSPe AIO is an excellent card!

Wrong conclusion (but still good detective work). On some other RME cards there are jumpers and they need to be there....
